Stage 1
You call us and we arrange for our building surveyor to call you.

You receive a call from our leak detection engineers who will discuss the problem, book a leak detection and provide you a report. This is chargeable but should be reimbursed by insurers if you have trace and access cover and when the leak is found.

Stage 2
Surveyor attends your property, takes photos, makes notes of all building works required to deal with the leak and checks your insurance details.

A detailed specification for
trace and access works, drying
and reinstatement is sent by us
direct to your insurers along
with the leak detection report

Stage 5
We request insurers to appoint a loss adjuster to meet us on site and agree all costs including reimbursement of leak detection costs.

Stage 6
Once costs are agreed by insurers, within 48 hrs our building teams will expose the leak, carry out drying of all wet areas and continue with all reinstatement works until everything is back to the way it was

Insurers are invoiced for all works at your property. You only pay the insurance excess.
